My Approach
At Hannah Buj Nutrition, I want you to become confident in your food choices through nutrition education and counseling that makes sense for YOU. I provide nutrition counseling for individuals with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, pre-diabetes, PCOS, and hypothalamic amenorrhea. Whether you want to improve your health, improve your relationship with food, or simply learn how to better fuel your body for sport or life, I am here to help!
During our sessions I will cater to YOUR unique needs and desires. In addition to counseling I provide recipe resources, grocery shopping guides, and label-reading tips. I focus on sustainable lifestyle changes and mindset shifts that will last a lifetime, rather than quick fixes or just telling you to “eat less and move more”.
